Why Do We Have Dark Circles and Puffy Eyes? – The True Explanation

A lot of people suffer from dark circles and puffy eyes especially in the morning.

Dark circles and puffy eyes are not a serious skin problem but honestly they make people look tired, unhealthy and much older.

Why do we have dark circles?

Actually it can be caused by a lot of things. Do you know the ancient quote: “The eye is the mirror of the soul” ? Well, this is true.

If you eat only unhealthy foods and you don’t care about your skin as much your skin needs then you are going to get dark circles.
It also can be caused by stress, working for long hours and lack of sleep. But the most people have dark circles because of the unhealthy diet. Eat and drink ONLY healthy organic foods and drinks so your body will have the power to fight against stress so you will feel more energetic, your skin will look much better and youthful and I’m sure that your dark circles are going to start disappear.

Another but serious reason you have dark circles is because of the adrenal-insufficiency. I think a lot of people have this disease but they don’t even know about it. It is because of the unhealthy diet what most people do sadly. Your body has its limits and it can’t fight against the toxins if you won’t give your body healthy foods, vitamins, antioxidants and healthy fat (like organic butter, coconut oil and olive oil).

In my opinion you should see a doctor if you notice some signs that commonly occur in people with adrenal-insufficiency:

  • Muscle or joint pains
  • Unintentional weight loss
  • Pain in your lower back
  • Hyperpigmentation (darkening areas of skin)

If you are living a healthy life and you eat and drink only organic foods and drinks then I’m sure that you are not going to have the above symptoms. 🙂

If you didn’t notice any symptoms of the above list but you still have dark circles then you should avoid stress and try to rest and relax more. I know that it is hard in this crowded world but you should try at least stop for a while and relax and start eat fruits and vegetables every day. They are amazing and they are also going to help you. I recommend you to eat only organic vegetables and fruits since the non-organic ones are contain a lot of toxins from the pesticides. I’m sure that if the bugs are going to be killed by the pesticides then your body will as well. Not immediately but sooner or later your body going to get enough.
