Did you know that a lot of makeup brushes are made from real animal hair?
Brands not selling cruelty-free brushes are using animal hair, they’re capturing poor animals, imprisoning, beating, treating them evilly and then killing them later for their hair or skin. I think this is terrible and must be stopped. I don’t know about you, but I could not ever use makeup with a smile on my face knowing, that because of this piece of brush an animal suffered and sweated blood. No, thanks.
The good news is, many brands are switching to make cruelty-free makeup brushes and products.
On the other hand, there are many benefits of using them.
Benefits of using CF makeup brushes:
- No animals were harmed.
- Easier to clean.
- They are more hygienic.
- Many people have allergic reactions to real animal hair.
- Suitable for sensitive skin.
- They shed less, or not at all.
- Works better with products.
- They are hypoallergenic.
- Longer Lifespan.
- More economical.
